Hungry Suzanne (Courtney's pretend name tonight)

My niece Courtney (age 5) comes up to me tonight with a chair arm cover on her head and says in a real quiet humble voice, um miss, can you please give me some bread? I said why do you need bread? She said well, me and my 3 kids live in the woods and we need some food. I asked her what she usually eats and she said branches, grass and rocks. I said, oh wow, "does that hurt when it goes down your throat"? She said yes. I asked her where her husband was and she said oh he died. There was a bad storm and some hairy wolves came and attacked him. She said I threw him in the river and then he died. What an imagination! She cracks me up.

We love you Lee

Lee I want you to know that you will be missed by so many people. You are a great man. You were a great example. I am so thankful my mom and you found eachother. I don't think I could of asked for a better dad. I want you to know that my mom is being taken care of. I am so thankful for the Gospel and for the plan of Salvation. I know you are happy right now hanging out with your dad. The ward and our family have been so good to us. I want to thank them for everything they have done to help out. I love you Lee and until we meet again make sure you watch over my mom and my family. Jessica
